This hotel really should be rated at 5 stars. We stayed 3 nights and really cannot find any cons to it. Especially would like to note the reception staff, they were really friendly and helpful, made us feel like in a small hotel. Facilities are excellent, it is a very clean hotel and definitely more than 4 stars! Parking is free and ample, it is located right next to the Il Gigante, shopping centre, walking distance to Rivarolo's centre and a short drive from mountains and other activities nearby. Highly recommended.

The hotel has a unique modern design that captures the history of the town. You can easily walk to the town centre in just 10 minutes and there is a mall next door that has everything you need. The service was very friendly and the rooms were modern, clean and temperature control was great.
The breakfast could have had more fresh produce and the service period was quite short. there was no iron available which was a small inconvenience.

Courtesy by your staff. Your members of staff Silvia and Gian Luca, were very obliging.I Had often seen Silvya speak with arrivals or guests staying in the rooms on my several stops in the foyer and could really see the great potential she has. I have worked for Thomson/TUI for 25 years and I can see a good employee.
Clean and pleasant , comfortably located

This hotel is brand new and the facilities were of a very high standard. Our room was clean and fresh and breakfast was included with a big selection which was great. Had some trouble with wifi in the rooms - but it worked in public areas fine. All in all the hotel was brilliant.

The hotel is connected to a small mall with various restaurants and a large supermarket. the rooms are modern and clean, and the staff is helpful and welcoming. there is free parking on site and the wifi connectivity is good.
The breakfast buffet has limited offerings and sometimes runs out quickly if many guests. the pillows in the rooms are a little hard, which might not be comfortable for some guests.

Excellent location. Having the shopping center next door was helpful in getting some things we needed. The staff was very helpful to us and showed an interest in the reason we were there.
I tried to use the Internet in the main lobby several times, but it was exceeding slow. It would be helpful on future visits if they could cotrrect this situation. This is not a compliant, but a recommendation!

We have stayed at this place every year since it opened, and we always have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The rooms are modern and well-maintained, with excellent soundproofing that ensures a peaceful night's sleep. The staff, especially manager Gianluca, are incredibly helpful and attentive, making us feel truly valued as guests. We also appreciate the convenient location above a small shopping mall, where we can easily find everything we need.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Extreemely helpful staff. Clean and modern. Confortable room, nice design. It was a very agreable surprize to find this hotel.
Light improvements for the breakfast are needed - to complete the missing items after 8.00 hr and to replace too many sweet backery with some rolls and/or integral bread

The hotel is in a pleasant small town and is a great base for exploring the Italian Alps, either driving or hiking. The hotel anchors a small shopping center and has a rather strange-looking, modern design seen from the outside, but is spotless and modern inside. The rooms and beds are very comfortable and, since the businesses close at 7, it is very quiet at night. The center of town is a short walk away. The staff is very friendly and speaks English. A varied breakfast is included. This is one of our favorite hotels.
